Our Story

NISHIKI is a company dedicated to bringing the serene beauty and rich culture of Japanese Koi and Goldfish to the vibrant Canadian scene. Inspired by the traditional Japanese name for Koi, Nishiki, our brand stands for elegance and tranquility, and we are committed to bringing these qualities to life in every aspect of our business.

Our Mission

Our mission is to introduce Canadians to the tranquility and beauty of Koi and Goldfish, and to allow them to experience the joy and relaxation that these beautiful creatures bring. We are committed to fostering a deep understanding of the art of fish keeping and sharing the cultural treasures that these fish represent.

Our Projects

"Community garden project"

NISHIKI has started a project to support local community gardens. In this project, Nishiki-Koi and Goldfish are introduced to part of a Japanese garden that is cultivated jointly by local residents, providing a beautiful landscape and creating a place for residents to interact and relax.

"Education Program"

NISHIKI partners with local schools and educational institutions to run educational programs that teach students about Japanese Koi culture and fish farming techniques, aiming to provide children with an opportunity to interact with nature and learn the importance of environmental conservation.
